Tasting Note

Fresh red cherry, raspberry and plum with earth, mushroom and subtle spice. Silky texture, bright acidity and moderate tannins; savory, slightly forest-floor finish.

Western: roast lamb, duck confit, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, soy-glazed salmon, stir-fried mushrooms with oyster sauce.


Production Method

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir from Comblanchien sites; fermented in tank with some whole‑cluster; aged ~10–12 months in French oak (approx. 30% new).
