Tasting Note
Red cherry and raspberry with floral and earthy notes, light spice and gentle oak; medium-bodied, silky texture, fresh acidity and subtle, lingering tannins.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; cold pre-fermentation maceration and traditional fermentation with light carbonic maceration; élevage in French oak (partial new oak) for ~12–14 months.
