Tasting Note
Red cherry and spiced berry fruit with dried herbs, bark, toasty oak and mineral undertones; polished texture, bright acidity and well-integrated, firm tannins.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled steak, roast lamb, braised beef, stews, aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, beef teriyaki, Peking duck, spicy Sichuan beef/pork.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; varieties fermented and macerated separately in stainless tanks, gentle pressing, malolactic fermentation; ~12 months in French (90%) and American oak, followed by extended bottle ageing.
