Intense peaty smoke (~45ppm) layered with malted barley, orchard fruit (pear), vanilla, sweet spice and a long smoky, spicy finish.

Single‑estate malted barley (estate-grown); heavily peated malt (~45 ppm); double pot‑still distillation; matured in ex‑bourbon casks and finished in French Lorraine oak / selected wine casks; non‑chill filtered.
