Tasting Note
Classic Pauillac: concentrated blackcurrant, cassis and dark cherry with cedar, tobacco, graphite and bay leaf; firm mineral core, fine-grained tannins and a long, savory, slightly minty finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel fermentation in temperature‑controlled vats with gentle extraction; malolactic conversion; 14–16 months in French oak (approximately 40–60% new).
