Tasting Note
Pale yellow with golden highlights. Fresh white and yellow fruit, marmalade, honey, nougat and vanilla, with a hint of roasted coffee. Lively attack developing into full, creamy, complex, gourmet palate and a rich, pastry-tinged finish.

Oysters, caviar, smoked salmon, foie gras, roast chicken, creamy mushroom risotto; sushi, sashimi, tempura, dim sum, Peking duck.
Production Method
Grapes from five Grand Cru sites are pressed and vinified separately, blended with reserve wines (15–20%), dosed at 6 g/L and aged a minimum of four years in Maison cellars.

Maison G.H. Mumm, founded 1827 in Reims, is a large Champagne house (Pernod Ricard owner). RSRV is its collection of five 100% Grand Cru cuvées, produced in limited quantities.
