Tasting Note
Salmon-pink with intense red-berry aromas (strawberry, red currant) and subtle spice. Vivacious palate of summer fruits, fine mousse, balanced acidity and a long, bright finish.

Food Pairing
Western: smoked salmon, seared tuna, roast duck with berry sauce, creamy cheeses, grilled prawns. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tuna tataki, tempura, miso-glazed salmon, spicy Thai salads.

Production Method
Traditional method (Méthode Champenoise). Blend includes a portion of still red wine (≈14%) for rosé color; aged a minimum of 24 months on lees before disgorgement.
