Tasting Note
Honeyed apricot, candied citrus and lime, jasmine and honeysuckle, wet-slate minerality, bright citric acidity and fine residual sweetness; satin texture with an intensely long, crystalline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, rigorous berry selection for Auslese Goldkapsel; some botrytis in parts of the selection. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with lees contact; residual sugar retained and matured in bottle for long aging.
