Red jam and mixed-berry compote with clove, nutmeg and cinnamon spice, plum and toasty oak; rustic tannins and a lingering, slightly savoury finish.

Western: grilled steak, barbecued ribs, roast lamb, tomato-based pizza and aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ, char siu (BBQ pork), spicy Sichuan-style dishes and hoisin-glazed pork.
Production Method
Grapes gently destemmed (some whole berries retained), cold-soaked, fermented, underwent malolactic fermentation and aged on lees with oak influence to enhance mouthfeel.
