Tasting Note
Rich amber; aromas of candied apricot, dried fig, marzipan, toasted hazelnut and nougat. Palate is velvety and balanced with dried-fruit, vanilla, warm spice and a long rancio finish.

Production Method
Single-estate grapes double-distilled in traditional Charentais copper pot stills (sur lies), long-aged in Limousin oak in dry cellars, then blended from old reserves and bottled at 41% ABV.
