Tasting Note
Deep crimson. Ripe black cherry, blackberry and plum with black pepper, liquorice and subtle vanillin oak. Medium-full, juicy core, fine grain tannins and a long spicy, slightly savory finish.

Grilled lamb, roast pork, duck confit, T-bone steak, barbecue, Korean BBQ, char siu, Sichuan pepper beef, mushroom stir-fry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit from Frankland River; fermented on skins with small-lot components, MLF; matured in seasoned oak for c.10–12 months. Produced under Frankland Estate’s organic/sustainable regime.
