Tasting Note
Bright raspberry and black cherry with rose petal, peppery spice, olive/caper brine and nutmeg. Gravelly mineral core, subtle oak, fine ferruginous tannins and a long savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Syrah with small Viognier co-ferment and Mourvèdre; ~5% whole-bunch inclusion; matured 14 months in 3,500L French oak foudre and some 500L puncheons; organically farmed.
