Pulsing lime, lemon zest, green apple, jasmine and wet slate; intense minerality, preserved lemon, gentle lees-derived texture, piercing acidity and saline, long citrus-pith finish.

Production Method
100% Isolation Ridge Riesling; ~10% barrel-fermented; nine–ten months on lees; small parallel ferments in stainless steel and old oak barrels; certified organic viticulture; sealed under screwcap.
