Tasting Note
Bright red cherry and raspberry, wild strawberry, dried rose and earthnotes with baking spice and subtle cedar; silky, medium-full palate with fine tannins and a long mineral finish.

Production Method
Traditional Burgundian vinification: hand-harvested Pinot Noir, fermented in small vats, aged ~12–14 months in French oak (≈30% new), often lightly filtered or unfined before bottling.
