Awards/Ratings
merchant tasting notes describe tenderness, elegance and red-fruit focus
Tasting Note
Perfumed red-cherry and raspberry fruit with violet florals, subtle spice, earth and wet stone. Silky, fine-grained tannins, elegant acidity and a lingering, savory finish—classic Chambolle finesse with a tender, plush core.
Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, coq au vin, mushroom risotto, roast pork, beef bourguignon. Asian: Peking/roast duck, miso‑glazed fish, soy-mushroom stir-fry, char siu pork, pork-broth ramen.
Production Method
Organically farmed; hand-harvested, partial destemming (c.60–75% for village lots), foot-crushed, fermented in small tanks and aged in French oak (village ~30% new).
