Awards/Ratings

Listed by major retailers; often described as 'full-bodied' and 'not yet ready' for drinking (requires cellaring). Domaine Grand Crus from Feuillet/Duband received strong critic scores (e. g. , Latricières‑Chambertin 2018 WA 93–95+; Echézeaux by the team scored mid‑90s in other years)

Tasting Note

Concentrated black cherry, blackcurrant and plum with floral violet, earth, spice and cocoa notes. Fine powdery tannins, lively acidity and a mineral, savory backbone; long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing

Western: roast venison, beef tenderloin, duck confit, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (barbecue pork), miso-glazed eggplant, soy-ginger beef short ribs.

Production Method

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir with partial whole-cluster fermentation and gentle extraction. Aged ~12–18 months in French oak (≈30% new). Lightly filtered or bottled without fining to preserve texture.
