Tasting Note
Mature Pauillac: blackcurrant and blackberry with cedar, leather, tobacco and graphite. Tertiary notes of earth, truffle and dried herbs. Medium-bodied, softened dusty tannins, modest acidity and a persistent savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Bordeaux blend; fermented in stainless/concrete vats with malolactic fermentation; aged ~18 months in 50–60% new French oak; blended and bottle-aged.
