Fresh red and black berries, sour cherry and dried cranberry with notes of cocoa, black tea and savory spice. Medium-bodied, velvety texture, soft cocoa-like tannins and a long, balanced finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented at 26–28°C with 12–15 days maceration; aged ~10 months in 225L American oak barrels, then bottle-aged before release.
