Black cherry, plum and black olive with peppery spice, dried herbs, licorice and truffle‑like earth; medium‑full body, savory minerality and a lingering, savory finish.

Whole‑bunch/whole‑cluster fermentation with short maceration; aged in old oak casks and enamel‑lined tanks, bottled unfined/unfiltered.
