Tasting Note
Deep ruby/purple; black cherry, blackberry, licorice, black pepper, earthy/mushroom and truffle notes, with animal/ leather nuances, firm tannins and concentrated finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, braised beef, grilled steak, venison stew. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/grilled short ribs), Sichuan beef, char siu, teriyaki beef or braised pork. Also pairs with aged cheeses and mushroom dishes.

Production Method
Estate Syrah grapes assembled into a Côtes‑du‑Rhône cuvée, fermented and aged in old/large oak casks (made at Rayas), minimal new oak to preserve Syrah purity.
