Tasting Note
Concentrated black and red fruits (black cherry, plum), truffle, cocoa, graphite and violet; ripe, fine-grained tannins, minerally lift and a long, spice-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested with double sorting; fermentation in concrete and stainless-steel tanks; aged ~16–18 months in French oak (≈50% new).
