Tasting Note
Honeyed lemon-zest and ripe stone-fruit (peach, apricot), pear and quince, with passionfruit lift, subtle oak, mineral/saline finish and smooth, honeyed prune undertones; long, clean finish.

Food Pairing
Western: blue cheese, foie gras, roasted pork, duck confit, almond/tart desserts, dark chocolate. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (honey-roast pork), mooncakes, baklava-style desserts, nutty sesame sweets.

Production Method
Made from Riesling wine, vacuum-distilled gently (~28°C) to retain aromatics, then matured in oak barrels for about six years before final blending.
