Tasting Note
Deep golden; honeyed apricot, crystallized orange peel, marmalade, toasted hazelnut and rancio notes. Vibrant acidity balances rich sweetness; long, elegant finish with orange peel and spice.

Western: foie gras, Roquefort/blue cheeses, fruit tarts, tarte Tatin. Asian: Peking duck, honey-glazed roast pork, mango sticky rice, mildly spiced Thai or Szechuan dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested in multiple passes selecting botrytised grapes; gentle pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats; barrel ageing (~18–24 months) with a portion in new Allier oak.
