Mature amber Sauternes with honey, orange marmalade, dried apricot, toasted almond, caramel and botrytis spice; rich, luscious texture with a long, refined, slightly rancio finish.

Production Method

Multiple hand-harvest passes selecting botrytized berries; gentle pressing, fermentation in small vats; aged 18–24 months in oak barrels (portion new).
