Tasting Note
Aromas of blackberry, plum, licorice, cedar and forest floor. Medium–full-bodied with concentrated dark fruit, warm spice and cocoa, powdery tannins, lively acidity and a saline, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; varieties vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with 3–4 week maceration/fermentation; aged ~12–16 months in French oak barrels before bottling.

Château de Fieuzal is an ~80‑hectare Pessac‑Léognan estate, Cru Classé for red wines (Graves classification). Modernized in recent decades with consultant input from Hubert de Boüard and a new winery opened in 2011.
