Tasting Note
Pale gold. Citrus, white flowers, beeswax, ginger and tropical fruit on the nose. Medium-bodied with lively acidity, saline minerality, stone-fruit flavors and a subtle honeyed/toasty edge; clean, persistent finish.

Western: grilled or roasted fish, roasted chicken, seafood pasta, goat cheeses. Asian: sushi and sashimi, steamed fish with ginger & scallions, Thai green curry, crab dishes.
Production Method
Blend of Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris. Gentle pneumatic pressing, stainless-steel fermentation with some élevage on fine lees and limited oak influence; bottled after short aging.
Vineyard Info
Large Graves estate owned by the Castel Group since 1992. Estate vineyards planted on gravelly soils; white plots are a small portion of the property producing approachable, fruit-driven Bordeaux whites.
