Tasting Note
Bright red and dark cherry fruit with floral violet, crushed herbs and spice; notes of blackberry, poached strawberry, subtle smoke, mocha and savory undertones. Fresh acidity, fine powdery tannins and a long, mouthwatering finish.

Production Method
Biodynamically farmed Cornish Point fruit; gentle gravity‑flow destemming, native yeast fermentation with ~25% whole clusters. Aged 13 months in French oak (≈25% new). Wild malo; unfined and unfiltered.
