Tasting Note
Silky, floral Pinot with red cherry, black plum, spice and earthy/savoury notes. Concentrated core, fine- to chalky tannins and a long mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic, minimal-intervention winemaking; ~20% whole-bunch, native-yeast fermentations with long pre-fermentation soak; open-top fermenters; aged 15–17 months in French French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
