Tasting Note
Zesty citrus, yellow apple and stone-fruit with mandarin pith and subtle tropical accents. Creamy lees-driven texture, brioche and almond pastry notes, saline minerality and very long, highly-strung acidity.

Biodynamic estate fruit; whole-bunch pressing; indigenous-yeast fermentation in seasoned French oak (≈5–6% new); full malolactic; 16–17 months on lees in barrel; minimal intervention, unfined/unfiltered; bottled under screw cap.
