Tasting Note
Perfumed red cherry and raspberry with rose petal, spice, and stony minerality. Finely grained tannins, bright acidity and a long, precise, savory finish. (youthful, will age).

Production Method
Certified organic & biodynamic viticulture; native yeast fermentations, cold soak, 20–30% whole-cluster, extended maceration, matured ~16 months in French oak (20–30% new); no fining/filtration.
