Silky, aromatic Pinot with black cherry, pomegranate, violet, spice and forest‑floor notes. Finely woven, chalky tannins, bright acidity and savory herbal undercurrents; vibrant fruit and a very long, crescendoing finish.

Food Pairing

Roast duck with plum sauce, beef or lamb ragu, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon with soy‑ginger glaze; Asian pairings: miso‑glazed black cod, char siu pork, hoisin duck, umami‑rich mushroom stir‑fries, teriyaki salmon.

Production Method

Estate biodynamic viticulture; hand‑harvested; indigenous yeast fermentation; ~20% whole‑cluster; matured ~16 months in French oak (≈30% new); unfined and unfiltered.
