Tasting Note
Concentrated red-fruit core (wild raspberry, cherry) with floral lift, savory herbs, peppery spice and smoky, chalky tannins. Medium-plus body, refined structure and a long, mineral finish.

Western: roast duck, mushroom risotto, herb-crusted lamb, pork tenderloin. Asian: Peking duck, char siu pork, miso-glazed salmon or ramen with chashu, grilled shiitake and soba.
Production Method
Estate-grown biodynamic fruit; native yeast fermentation with ~25% whole clusters; 13 months in French Burgundian oak (≈30% new); minimal intervention, unfined and unfiltered; gravity-flow handling.

Felton Road is a biodynamic estate in Bannockburn, Central Otago. Founded in the 1990s, owner Nigel Greening and winemaker Blair Walter produce single-vineyard bottlings from The Elms (Block 3 renowned for fine sandy loam soils).
