Tasting Note
Off-dry, aromatic Riesling with lime blossom, green apple, tree-ripe peach, wet stone and subtle herbal notes. Light-bodied with bright, cleansing acidity balancing noticeable sweetness; saline, lingering finish.
Food Pairing
Roast pork or pork belly, grilled shrimp, smoked salmon, goat cheese; spicy Thai curry, Szechuan dishes, Korean BBQ, sushi and dim sum.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, juice settled 4–7 days. Fermented with indigenous yeasts ~4 weeks then chilled to stop fermentation, retaining ~50–60 g/L residual sugar. Minimal intervention; screw cap.
