Tasting Note

Creamy, medium-full Meursault with lemon oil, white flowers, pear, marzipan, toasted almond, subtle nutmeg and saline minerality; bright acidity and a persistent, savory finish with gentle oak spice.

Western: roast chicken, mushroom risotto, butter-poached lobster, creamy pasta, grilled salmon. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura, sushi (richer styles), Chinese roast duck, lightly spiced Thai/Indonesian dishes.


Production Method

Whole-bunch pressing, cold settling; barrel fermentation and élevage (approx. 12 months, ~10–20% new oak), further ageing in tank then bottled ~18 months after the vintage.

Family domaine founded 1940; run by Fabien Coche (4th generation). ~11–12 ha across Meursault and neighbouring villages; many old vines and organic/sustainable practices in place.
