Tasting Note
Creamy, medium-full Meursault with lemon oil, white flowers, pear, marzipan, toasted almond, subtle nutmeg and saline minerality; bright acidity and a persistent, savory finish with gentle oak spice.

Production Method
Whole-bunch pressing, cold settling; barrel fermentation and élevage (approx. 12 months, ~10–20% new oak), further ageing in tank then bottled ~18 months after the vintage.
