Tasting Note
Bright red fruits (raspberry, cherry, pomegranate), wet-stone minerality and saline edge, white pepper and subtle licorice; lively acidity, textured yet approachable with soft tannins and a refreshing finish.

Production Method
Organic/biodynamic, hand-harvested; indigenous “pied-de-cuve” fermentation with ~30 days skin contact; aged in large neutral epoxy/cement tanks; bottled unfined/unfiltered with minimal SO2.
