Tasting Note
Mid-straw colour; bright peach, nectarine, honeydew melon and golden apple with hints of pineapple, fresh yeast and cashew. Medium-bodied, seamless acidity with a cream‑honey mid‑palate and pleasant, slightly savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken with herb butter, creamy pasta, grilled salmon, pork belly. Asian: miso‑glazed salmon, teriyaki chicken, prawn tempura, mild coconut or lemongrass chicken curries.

Production Method
Fruit blended from Western Australia sites; cool fermentation with selected yeasts, portion fermented/aged in French oak with lees contact and light bâtonnage to add texture.

Evans & Tate, established in the 1970s in Margaret River, is a well‑known Western Australian producer (Redbrook range). Now part of Fogarty Wine Group, they produce approachable regional Chardonnays.
