Tasting Note
Bright red cherry, raspberry and pomegranate with floral lift, baking spice and subtle vanilla. Silky texture, soft tannins, fresh acidity and a medium, fruit-driven finish.

Food Pairing
Roast chicken, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, pork tenderloin; Asian: miso-glazed black cod, teriyaki salmon, hoisin duck, pork belly buns.

Production Method
100% Pinot Noir from Monterey County. Fermented with gentle extraction, aged in French oak (≈25% new) for around 8–10 months; bottled unfiltered or lightly fined.

Etude was founded by Tony Soter in the early 1980s and is now part of Treasury Wine Estates. Known for focused, cool-climate Pinot Noir and Carneros roots.
