Tasting Note
Fine, persistent mousse; citrine color; aromas of citrus, green apple, biscuit, hazelnut and light tropical fruit. Creamy, fresh palate with balanced acidity, subtle sweetness and a crisp, elegant finish.

Production Method
Produced from Baga in Bairrada. Secondary fermentation in bottle (méthode traditionnelle), aged on lees, then disgorged and lightly dosed to Brut.
