Tasting Note

Clean, blue-banana and pear aromas; light, refreshing junmai body with gentle rice umami, subtle fruity sweetness and a crisp, clean finish.

Production Method

Junmai (no added distilled alcohol). Brewed from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to ~60%, fermented with koji and yeast using traditional methods; typically pasteurized before bottling.
