Tasting Note
Dense, dark purple. Blackberry, blueberry, licorice, dark chocolate, clove and cinnamon. Extremely concentrated, full-bodied with savory meat/charcoal notes, minty spice and a long, spicy finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, venison, slow‑roast beef, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu or hoisin duck, beef rendang, Sichuan pepper beef.
Production Method
Hand‑picked fruit; fermented in two large (~1500L) closed vessels, ~6 weeks on skins; pressed and matured for multiple winters in French oak puncheons.

Elderton is a family-run Barossa producer (Ashmead family). ‘Fifteen’ is from a tiny single block of vines planted in 1915 (Greenock/Nuriootpa area).
