Tasting Note
Punchy red currant, cherry and blackberry with leafy herbal notes, a touch of pepper and toast; medium-bodied, vibrant and supple with fine tannins and balanced finish.

Roast lamb, grilled beef, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Cantonese roast pork/char siu, hoisin duck, teriyaki beef, miso-glazed eggplant.
Production Method
Fermented in open concrete vats; matured ~11 months in 100% French seasoned oak (predominantly second-fill French puncheons).
