Tasting Note
Lifted red and dark fruits (plum, raspberry) with vanilla-toasty oak, subtle spice and a smooth, medium-bodied palate.

Western: grilled lamb chops, BBQ beef, steak, pizza, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, beef rendang, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki dishes.

Production Method
Made from premium Barossa Shiraz with standard red vinification; short-term maturation in older French and American oak to add spice and toast.
