Tasting Note
Medium–full Barossa Shiraz: ripe blackberry, plum and black cherry with raspberry lift, vanilla-toast oak, clove and pepper spice, dark chocolate notes, plush velvety tannins and a long savory finish.

Food Pairing
Grilled lamb, roast beef, BBQ ribs, aged cheddar; Korean BBQ, beef bulgogi, char siu, Sichuan pepper beef, mushroom stir-fries, and hearty noodle dishes.

Production Method
Destemmed and fermented with temperature control; blended lots matured 6–12 months in used American and French oak before bottling for approachable everyday drinking.

Elderton Wines is a family-owned Barossa producer founded by Neil and Lorraine Ashmead in the early 1980s; now run by the Ashmead family and known for robust old-vine Shiraz and the flagship Command Shiraz.
