Tasting Note
Pear, white flowers, citrus-orange oil and chalky minerality; medium–full-bodied, rich and fleshy with racy acidity and a long saline finish.

Production Method
Blend of ~12 parcels; grapes lightly crushed and settled, fermented in oak casks (≈10–15% new) with indigenous yeasts, aged 10–12 months on lees.
