Tasting Note
Focused, mineral-driven Chardonnay with pear, white flowers, wet stone, hazelnut and lemon-cream. Taut, incisive palate, bright citrus acidity, saline minerality and a long, slightly minty finish.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, grilled scallops, lobster, crab, roast chicken with lemon, creamy mushroom pasta. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura prawns, miso‑glazed cod, steamed dim sum, mild Thai green curry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; gentle pneumatic pressing, cool settling, fermentation and élevage in French oak (c.20–35% new); 11–12 months on lees. Estate practices organic/biodynamic viticulture.
