Tasting Note

Crisp citrus and pear notes with white flowers, lemon zest and a saline mineral core; hints of hazelnut and spice. Medium-plus body, rounded texture and lively acidity with a precise, lingering finish.

Western: roast chicken, lobster, creamy pasta, mushroom risotto, grilled scallops; Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi/sashimi (especially fatty tuna), tempura prawns, Cantonese steamed fish, light Thai coconut curry.


Production Method

Organically farmed (Domaine Sauzet certified organic; biodynamic practices used). Whole-cluster pressing, débourbage, fermentation and élevage in oak barrels (c.20–30% new for 1er crus), aged on fine lees.
