Tasting Note
Fresh lemon and white-flower aromas with a saline mineral edge. Palate shows citrus, white pepper, vanilla and herbs, vibrant acidity and a long, saline finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, turkey, mushroom risotto, grilled sea bass, seafood pasta. Asian: miso-glazed cod, seared scallops, sushi/sashimi, light Thai green curry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay from biodynamically farmed vines; indigenous yeast fermentation in stainless steel, aged 12–15 months in French oak (≈15% new) with extended lees contact.

Domaine Etienne Sauzet, founded early 20th century in Puligny-Montrachet, family-run (fourth generation). Owns ~15 ha across Puligny, Chassagne and Cormot-le-Grand; biodynamic/organic practices.
