Tasting Note
Pear, honeydew, lemon sorbet, baked apple, white flower and sea-spray minerality. Broad, layered palate with citrus, hazelnut richness and bright, driving acidity that lifts a long, flinty finish.

Food Pairing
Roast chicken, crab cakes, creamy pasta, Brie; Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, sushi (rich cuts), Thai green curry with seafood.

Production Method
Barrel-fermented and aged 11 months in French oak (27% new), then settled four months in tank; small-lot winemaking with vineyard-driven blending.
