Tasting Note
Oily citrus and orchard fruits (lemon, lime, apple, pear) with brioche, fresh mint, sweet sage and flinty minerality. Broad, textured palate with honeyed undertones and a savory, lingering lemon-lime finish.

Western: roasted salmon with butter sauce, lobster, creamy pasta, roasted chicken, pork chop with herb butter. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, sushi/sashimi (fatty tuna), Thai coconut‑based dishes, soy‑ginger glazed salmon.
Production Method
Barrel fermented and aged 11 months (35% new French oak), followed by 3 months settling in tank; full malolactic fermentation. Blend of parcels from Dutton Ranch Morelli Lane and Jentoft.
