Tasting Note
Dense, full-bodied Cabernet with cassis, blackberry and black cherry, plus sweet tobacco, bay laurel and lilac. Savory notes of Kalamata olive, licorice and anise; sleek, gravelly tannins and long, powerful finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu or Cantonese roasted pork, Sichuan beef, teriyaki-style beef dishes.

Production Method
2019 fruit (Meteor, Ballard, TDK) harvested Oct 4–14. Fermented as a single-varietal Cabernet and aged ~20 months in French oak (≈50% new); small-lot production (~625 cases).

DuMOL, founded 1996 and based in Windsor (Russian River Valley), is known for vineyard-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Winemaker Andy Smith crafts small-lot Cabernet from select Napa sites for this bottling.
